We must credit this municipality for being the first to create a dedicated group represented by Councillors, Veterinarians, Rescuers, NGOs and concerned members of the public to establish a comprehensive stray management policy.<br \/>\nGuidelines provided by the DVS based on the requirements of the new Animal Welfare Act are being carefully studied.
